I.  Profile of the Construction and Development of Far East University
    “The best is derived from personality, and the thought has roots in dream”. From the very beginning, Far East Holding Group has listed education, industry and charity as three equally important businesses. Far East University was founded in 2010, whose mission is to “create value and serve society”. The principal is Jiang Xipei, the Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of the Board. Lu Yansun, former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Ministry of Electronics Industry, and Chu Chuanheng, former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environment Protection are hired as Chancellors, Zhou Wenzhong, former ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the United States of America and Secretary-General at Boao Forum for Asia as Honorary Advisor.
    “Respect Talents, Cultivate Talents, and Help Talents to Make Achievements”. Far East University formulates programs for cultivating talents, which is based on the idea of “Study, Occupation, and Career” and pursues mutual benefits between the entrepreneur and employees. The internal talents cultivation philosophy of Far East University is to offer employees a post to become rich and wisdom to live a well-off life by providing them with systematic learning platforms. Its external training and administration philosophy is to share the culture and wisdom of Far East by offering its partners with services for field research and case study.
II. Achievements and Experience:
1.  Honor
    In 2010, Far East Holding Group was awarded a demonstration unit of learning enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and a demonstration unit of learning organization in Yixing city. In 2012, it was named “Best Entrepreneurial University in China" and "the Most Valuable Business School in China". In 2013, it won the title of "Construction Project Demonstration Unit of Jiangsu Entrepreneurial University " and "Education Social Practice Base of National Primary and Secondary Schools". In 2014, it earned the title of "China Enterprise Training Demonstration Base", "China's most valuable business school". In 2015, Far East University gained a lot of achievements in knowledge management and received industry recognition. It was awarded China Make Award. It was nominated and finally won Asia Make Award.
2.  Experience
    In Far East, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”. Based on knowledge management planning of Far East University, knowledge management team is rooted in basic department, accumulating in practice, and making invisible knowledge visible and visible knowledge systematized. Knowledge is accumulated and sublimated within the enterprise with the help of internal lecturer team which is cultivated by the enterprise, simplifying complex problems, familiarizing professional language, developing internal textbooks, and conducting training courses.
